Prices and products availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. Head2Toe Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders place on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, Head2Toe Beauty will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

NOTE: Sales Tax will be added for customers in Illinois.  The rate is 7.5%.
 

Head2ToeBeauty.com's standard shipping is UPS Ground Residential.  Other shipping methods include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and USPS Priority Mail (cheapest for small, light packages).  If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method.  All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

NOTE: To keep your shipping cost low, we do not provide any insurance coverage for packages send using USPS Priority Mail.  Head2Toe Beauty will not grant any replacement, refund, or credit for any packages shipped uninsured.  If you wish to have insurance coverage when using USPS Priority Mail, please check the "Add insurance coverage for USPS Priority Mail..." during checkout.  We will add and bill the appropriate insurance coverage fee to your order.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.

Furniture and some large equipments are too heavy for UPS and will be shipped directly from manufacturer using various freight companies.  Call 1-847-931-8199 to obtain freight charges for furniture and large equipments.

No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email to inform you of the reason.  Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

UPS Address Corrections: Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address). Please check your printed invoice and email or call us with any changes. Once we ship, we can not make any changes. The UPS address correction charge for Ground service is $6.00. The correction charge for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select is $10.00.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The following shipping methods are available for international customers: UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Standard to Canada, USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS First-Class Mail International.  Shipping and handling charges (NOT calculated online) will be added later after your checkout.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package.

We value your business and satisfaction.  You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding restocking and shipping & handling fees).  We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used.  All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Furniture and large equipment are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged during shipping.  You must report shipping damage within 5 days of receipt.  Damage claims are not accepted without original shipping cartons and packing material.  All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Email us at customerservice@head2toebeauty.com or call 1-847-931-8199 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number.  Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
