We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. Head2Toe Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders place on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, Head2Toe Beauty will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. When you place an order, we will attempt to obtain an authorization from your bank/account for the amount of your order. This authorization is not a charge rather it is an approval from your bank/account that funds are available. When an authorization is obtained, the funds authorized are held and not available for other use but are not removed from your account until the authorization is turned into a charge. The authorization does not become a charge until your order passes all fraud protection procedures and until your order is shipped. In the unlikely event you cancel your order before it ships, the authorization hold will automatically drop (within 5 to 7 business days) and it will never become a charge. If you change your order before it ships, a new authorization may be placed on your card.
NOTE: Sales Tax will be added for customers in Illinois. The rate is 7.5%.
Head2ToeBeauty.com's standard shipping is UPS Ground. Other shipping methods include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First-Class Mail (cheapest for small, light packages). If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method. All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package. Special orders and some large equipments are too heavy for UPS and will be shipped directly from manufacturer using various freight companies.
No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email or ship the rest of your ordered items. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.
UPS Address Corrections: Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong street and zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address, or return delivery). Please check your email confirmation and contact us with any changes. Once we ship, we cannot make any changes.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Our current policy is to only ship to your Credit Card Billing Address or an alternate address that you have registered with your credit card company. If you have not register your Alternate Shipping Address, call your credit card company to register the address first before placing the order. Orders without AVS confirmed address will not be processed. If your card does not allow a second address, use your Billing Address as the Shipping Address.

The following shipping methods are available for international customers: UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Standard to Canada, USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS First-Class Mail International. USPS First-Class Mail International has a weight limit of 4.0 lbs (if your order exceeds the 4.0lb limit, the checkout system will display shipping cost of $1,000 or more). Remove some items from your cart or select other shipping methods.

USPS Express Mail International (3-5 business days NOT guaranteed delivery time with tracking info and insurance coverage)
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days NOT guaranteed delivery time with insurance coverage and limited tracking info)
USPS First-Class Mail International (15-45 days NOT guaranteed delivery time with insurance coverage but no tracking)
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package.
You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund (no exchange and excludes restocking and shipping & handling fees) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
You must report any discrepancies and/or shipping damage within 5 days of receipt (no replacement or refund after 5 days). Proof of damage is required for any damage claims.
Email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will be charged 15% restocking fee (used merchandise will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense).

For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 15 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.
